Yakusoku no Neverland, while not being an outstanding thriller anime, definitely satiated some of my thirst for it. It doesn't bring forth a revolution in terms of storytelling, or new tropes, but it's just good entertainment. The strongest suit for this anime is definitely its direction and sound effects.
